HOPE Life Global is a faith-based organization that comes alongside local organizations, churches, and community leaders already serving their own communities, providing practical support, resources, and mission teams that strengthen their work with vulnerable children, families, and anyone facing hardship.
We believe lasting change is built through collaborative, locally led partnerships. Rather than working apart from the communities, we equip and walk alongside the trusted local leaders who live there, helping children, families, and people in need thrive.

A family that builds hope together
HOPE Life Global began as a family calling. In the early days, Ruben and Vicki Dominguez came together to bring hope, restoration, and opportunity to vulnerable children, families, and communities in the Dominican Republic and beyond. What started around their own table has grown into an organization that now reaches across borders.
Today, the organization continues, working through education, feeding programs, leadership development, and community projects that help children, families, and communities move from crisis to lasting transformation. It remains a family calling, advocating for women and children who have faced poverty, abuse, or hardship.

A team and partnership-driven organization
HOPE Life Global is not a one-person operation. It is led by a small, prayerful leadership team that focuses on vision, ministry relationships, partnership development, grant development, and strategic direction, while surrounding itself with volunteers, staff, and specialists who carry the day-to-day work forward.
Leadership shows up most in prayer, relationship building with partners, and the strategic decisions that shape where and how HOPE Life Global serves. As the organization grows, we're actively building out a small team so this mission is carried by many hands, not just one.
